Toddler Daycare 18 Months to 35 Months
The Toddler Program at Wee-Folk Child Care Center continues the emotional, educational, and developmentally appropriate environment created during the infant stage of care. Curriculums are steadily introduced, providing structure and hands-on activities that allow children to explore their individual interests.
Our toddler daycare loves helping “wee-folk” from Hamburg, NY and the surrounding communities explore the world around them by emphasizing outside play. We also bring the world to them through art performances from visitors.
The Toddler Program is special. The students have had a head start with potty training in toddler care and are usually talking and exploring the world around them through an experienced eye. Infant Care – 6 Weeks to 17 Months
At Wee-Folk Child Care Center, we understand that it can be difficult to leave your infant in the care of someone else. We start caring for infants beginning at 6 weeks of age. Our infant care program for families in Hamburg and the surrounding communities provides your child with the kind of individualized care and attention that makes him or her feel special. The overall development of every infant is enhanced with our special combination of the curriculum.
Our infant care teachers have been with us for a number of years and they combine attention and affection to bring joy to your babies. We also use specialized programs for infants to explore the world through sound and visuals, separating us from traditional child care facilities. An infant's brain is constantly growing and developing. Each day they work hard to take in everything around them using their five senses. Your infant's appetite for knowledge is satisfied by our teachers as they engage infants through play, exploring colors and textures, learning new words, and reading books together. While your child is in our infant care program, they will take part in activities centered around developing their gross motor skills, social skills, and five senses.
